First off, thanks for making Comic Cartel your online comic shop. Since our founding three years ago, we’ve loved every second of working with fellow geeks, selling comics, and reimagining how comic book storage works.
Since our founding, we haven’t changed our Cartel Box Program, or pricing tiers. But we’ve dramatically expanded our selection, rewarded loyal customers with surprise flash sales, and built a website uniquely suited to meet your shopping needs. But costs have risen, too.
Our Cartel Box Program will be changing beginning with your August shipment.
In order to maintain the high quality and value you’ve come to expect from your Cartel Box — and make room for new improvements the free Cartel Box(es) and service will now require a minimum order of $50.
You’ll still get a Cartel Box when you spend $25 but it will be included in a $5.99 Cartel Membership fee. We’re introducing this via the following new pricing tiers:
We know these changes won’t affect many of you, but as a thanks to those who it will — and to everyone living through this necessary change — we’ll be offering all current customers 100 Comic Coins. These will be added to all active subscribers after September’s shipment.
